Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the SERPdive website (serpdive.com) and API, published by Eden d'Alexis. By creating an account or calling the API you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

SERPdive is a real-time web search API for AI agents and applications. It exposes two retrieval models — Mako (fast, lean) and Moby (deep, thorough) — plus a dashboard for managing API keys, usage and credits. Results are derived from publicly available web sources at request time.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• API keys are personal to your account. Keep them secret; anything done with your keys is attributed to you. If a key leaks, revoke it from the dashboard immediately.
• You may not share, resell or sublicense raw API access without our prior written agreement.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or to circumvent quotas, rate limits or billing;
• use results in a way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, including data-protection and intellectual-property law.

You are responsible for how the content returned by the API is used in your product, including compliance with the terms of any third-party sites your usage relates to.

• API usage is metered in credits; each request consumes credits according to the pricing page in force at the time of the request.
• We may change prices or plan structures with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to credits already purchased.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Results reflect publicly available web content at the moment of the request. We do not author, endorse or verify that content, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Rankings and content can change between two identical requests — that's the nature of the live web.

The service — its code, design, brand, logo and documentation — is the exclusive property of Eden d'Alexis. These terms grant you no rights other than the limited right to use the API as documented. Content you retrieve remains subject to the rights of its original publishers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption) arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

• We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, abuse, security risk or non-payment — with notice where reasonably possible.
• You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to contact@serpdive.com.

These terms are governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above will change accordingly, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
